Khai is currently the Head of Innovation and Growth for a Management Consultancy company in Australia. Inspired by the impact of community organisations at a young age, Khai worked in the not-for-profit sector for 12 years in management and fundraising roles. Khai has been recognised by youth organisations and Bankstown City Council for his community contributions. Prior to his current role, he was the Business Development and Strategy Manager at Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW (PCYC NSW), one of Australia’s leading youth organisations. After studying in the USA, he co-founded the Party Kit Company, an innovative party business with his Wife in 2014. In 2017, Khai was the recipient of the Sir Edward Weary Dunlop Asialink Fellowship and subsequently, completed the Asialink Leaders Program.
