Nghiem Xuan Hoa

Mr. Nghiem Xuan Hoa joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam in 2000. He has been working for the Office of the Ministry, the department of Policy Planning and the department of Personnel. In 2021, he was appointed as Deputy Director General of the Personnel department.

As a diplomat, Mr. Hoa has been posted to work abroad, in Australia and in the APEC Secretariat, Singapore. He was posted as Minister-Counsellor, Deputy Head of the Embassy of Viet Nam in Australia in November 2023.

Mr. Hoa pursued his Bachelor of International Relations in Viet Nam and his Master of Public Policy in Singapore.
