“My engagement with AVLD has been vibrant and varied – I’ve supported as the Events Manager for the virtual 2021 dialogue and as Deputy Steering Committee Director for the 2023 dialogue in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong. The relationships formed and opportunity to drive forward meaningful dialogue has allowed me to develop both personally and professionally. Now stepping into a People and Culture Director role, I’m excited to help build a sustainable organisation, driving initiatives and culture that promotes collaboration and fosters and builds upon the strong Australia-Vietnam bilateral relationship” - shared Sam.
