Duy is the CEO of KOVA Trading (KOVA Paint Group), a leading family-run paint-and-coating group of 12 subsidiaries and 7 factories located in several Southeast Asian countries. In 2014, at 24, Duy established KOVA Trading to rejuvenate the over-20-
year-old brand and has led its global transformation and expansion to Europe and the United States. Taking pride in Vietnam’s technologies, Duy strives to keep KOVA going global and nurturing other young entrepreneurs with the same vision. Duy is also COO of Startup Vietnam Foundation and currently runs the KOVA Prize Foundation to honor national talents and benefit poverty-stricken students.
