Monica is currently an Organisational Psychologist and Associate Director in KPMG's Behavioural Risk Advisory Team. In this role, Monica specialises in supporting organisations of different sizes to manage people-related risks such as managing mental health and wellbeing of employees.

Monica is also a co-founder of AAOP (Asian Australian Organisational Psychology), a not for profit that leverages the power of psychology to improve our culturally diverse Asian Australian community's experience at work. On the Board of Directors of AAOP, Monica continues to launch meaningful initiatives to benefit the community.

Monica is inspired when she is connected within a community and is deeply passionate about mental health, especially topics relating to reducing burnout, managing stress, psychological safety, diversity and inclusion.
