Nam is an entrepreneur and the Founder of Cricket One LLC, an agriculture technology startup focuses on sustainable food production. The startup initiates to farm crickets as a high-protein food source whilst helping to improve the livelihood of farmers and to productively utilise their agricultural by-products through technology.

Nam believes that the main barrier from seeing insects as a mainstream food is human perception. By overcoming the cognitive biases, people will have access to healthy food and job opportunities will be created for thousands of small farms. He holds dual
MBA from accredited institutions in Canada and Japan.
