Growing up in a small town, Hue City, Nga moved to Ho Chi Minh city to study at the Foreign Trade University. Nga joined to help set up the XLE group 8 years ago and has been promoted to be a Senior Director as part of the core leadership team. XLE has been the sports industry pioneer in Vietnam. Nga developed and led pioneering projects such as the Saigon Heat, VBA, and Jr. NBA. In 2015, Nga was the first Vietnamese to be selected for the Global Sports Mentorship Program sponsored by ESPN and the US State Department. This inspired her to launch her own foundation, ‘She Will Be Strong’ to help Vietnamese women to be more confident as well as mentally and physically fit. Nga looks forward to strengthening the bond between Australia and Vietnam through AVYLD with her work in sports and women empowerment.
