Rosemary is the Deputy Fund Manager of the Australian Prime Property Fund Industrial at Lendlease. Prior to this, she held a number of finance roles specialising in investment management and property development and now seeks to use her financial acumen and experience to find commercially and economically viable ways of advancing sustainable prosperity across Australia and Vietnam.

Driven by her passion for achieving gender equality and driving equity for diverse cultural communities, Rosemary was selected as the inaugural Co-Chair of Lendlease’s racial equity employee advocacy group. She is also a current member of the Property Council of Australia's NSW Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, a committee formed to enhance diversity and inclusion in a historically male- dominated sector.

Rosemary also enjoys mentoring others, in particular women and those from marginalised communities, to help them build confidence in their abilities to unlock their potential and nurture upcoming talent.
