Selwyn is the Chief Growth Officer of BiORG, a Professional Services and Technology company that is passionate about designing support and logistics around technology and infrastructure focused on defence and security matters. In this role, he oversees the strategies covering Marketing, Sales, and Recruiting.

Passionate about Australian National and Regional Security, Selwyn aspires to have a voice in the future of manufacturing technology and sustainable energy. He desires to leverage the bilateral relationship between Australia and Vietnam to provide trade, industry and sustainability goals.

Selwyn is inspired by the scores of academics, writers and activists that challenge the status quo and takes the most joy from managing and leading teams.

- Support of Australian Frigates, and ensuring they were ready to meet Middle-East deployment rotation
- Support of APEC Assist 2018 and other South West Pacific Deploymentson HMAS Adelaide
