Sylvia holds CEO, Board Director and other senior executive positions for various affiliates within Alphanam Group, a property developer in Vietnam which is the biggest owner of Marriott hotels in Vietnam and partners with leading brands such as IHG and Sheraton.

In 2012, she co-founded an Architecture Design firm — Sdesign together with Salvador Perez Arroyo, a leading post-modern architect. The firm received an international award for the design of the Contemporary Museum and Library of Quang Ninh. Sylvia is also the founder of Alphanam Green Foundation, aiming at creating inspiring initiatives of environmental protection and social development by carrying out practical programs.
