Thi is the founder and CEO at Koina, an agriculture business, building up a digital platform to support farmers to have a better life through transforming conventional agriculture practices in Vietnam to more sustainable approaches, such as regenerative agriculture.

He was also the co-founder and CEO of Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN) - aTop3 logistics company in Vietnam with more than 25,000 employees nationwide, serving more than $2 billion annual Gross Merchandise Value in 7 years. He was also a founding member of One Mount Group/ VinShop - the leading digital platform for Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) Retails - serving more than 150,000 small businesses across Vietnam, becoming a top 4 FMCG distributor in just one year.

Outside of work, Thi is a triathlete who continuously challenges himself to train and improve his health and mentality. He also loves reading books on diverse topics
