Vi-An is a registered psychologist with experience leading programs across organisational and counselling arenas. She works closely in women’s health and cultural psychology, creating professional development programs for women as well as culturally sensitive mental health programs for Asian Australians. She is currently the Director of Professional Programs at the Melbourne Centre for Women’s Mental Health and Head of Impact at Shapes and Sounds - an online platform focused on Asian Australian mental health.
Vi-An continues to seek ways to use her organisational psychology experience and passion for gender equality to support individuals in South-East Asian nations to improve the quality of life for women.
