Realise that AVLD and Swinburne Vietnam share much in common and the same development goals. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Swinburne Vietnam and The Australia-Vietnam Leadership Dialogue (AVLD) was signed on 16 March 2023.

Following the MOU, Swinburne Vietnam and AVLD will work closely together on several projects. Specifically, Swinburne Vietnam will support AVLD in organising AVLD and RISE events in 2023. In addition, AVLD will also create internship programs for students of Swinburne Vietnam to create opportunities for them to work in a professional environment and gain working experience with real projects (both parties agreed to promote the partnership via the website and social media channels).
So far, many students have been participating in the internship programs at AVLD with many positions, such as graphic designers, content creators, and marketing and communications officers. One of the projects being carried out by the interns is implementing communication and marketing activities for the Australia-Vietnam Young Leaders Dialogue 2023 (AVYLD 2023) – a dialogue for young leaders from Australia and Vietnam to reflect, analyse and discuss the bilateral relationship between Australia and Vietnam, along with stories revolving around the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Finally, AVLD believes that with what AVLD and Swinburne Vietnam are doing together, the relationship and agreement between the two organisations will grow stronger and stronger, thereby creating many benefits for both sides.
